In order to exercise your entitlement within 14 days of picking up the ordered product, send us information about your decision to our email address. Then you have 14 days to return the goods (at your expense) along with a signed declaration of withdrawal from the contract. Within 14 days we will refund your money for the returned goods and the cost of the cheapest parcel available in our store.

When it is not possible to withdraw from the contract?
Some types of shopping are not covered by the right to withdraw from the contract. This right is not entitled to when the subject of the contract of sale are goods delivered in a sealed package, which after opening can not be returned for reasons of hygiene or health, if the packaging was opened after delivery (eg. foundations, mascaras, eye shadows, lipsticks, etc.).
